COMMUNITY PREVENTION EDUCATION: Project Charlie is a substance abuse prevention education program of Pathways, MI. The program is offered in Holland, West Ottawa and Saugatuck elementary schools, but has information everyone can use. Learn about drug facts, age appropriate ways to teach kids about the risks of substance use and what kids think about the program.
